Renesas Electronics RAA210850 DC/DC Power Module with PMBus Interface
Renesas Electronics RAA210850 DC/DC Power Module with PMBus Interface integrates a digital PWM controller, synchronous MOSFETs, power inductor, and passive components. This power module can deliver up to 50A of continuous output current without the need for additional heat sink or airflow. This is made possible by the thermally enhanced HDA packaging technology. The RAA210850 power module simplifies configuration and offers an upgrade path to full PMBus configuration through the pin-compatible ISL8272M.
